  • HAVE A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
  • CHECK YOUR TO-DO LIST
  • START YOUR WORK WITH POSITIVE ACTIVITIES
AFTERNOON-
  • DO IMPORTANT WORK FIRST
  • FINISH YOUR MAJOR/MAIN WORK
  • TAKE A LUNCH BREAK
  • TAKE A POWER NAP/RELAX/COOL OFF
  • FINISH TO-DO LIST

EVENING-
  • WORK ON SIDE HUSTLE
  • PLAN YOUR NEXT DAY
  • DO SOME STRETCHES/GO FOR A WALK
  • READ BOOKS
  • HAVE A HEALTHY DINNER
  • SPEND SOME GOOD QUALITY TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS.
  • GO TO SLEEP.
